Pain relief, kinesiology tape, helps reduce swelling, can use for 7-10 days At Lymphatic Express, we offer taping to help reduce swelling and provide pain relief. Kinesiology tape is used to gently lift the skin and create more space between the skin and muscle, promoting lymph flow and helping to reduce pain and swelling. Each tape application can be used for up to 7-10 days and can be worn while showering and exercising.
